Evenings are for grilling trout and local farm-stand veggies under millions of stars. In autumn: enjoy the season's best swimming and hiking, surrounded by breathtaking autumnal tints, the mountains ablaze with red, orange, purple, and yellow. SPECIAL NOTICE CONCERNING COVID-19 ** The house is located on a quiet dead-end lane, where neighbors have observed CDC guidelines since March 15th 2020 and continue to do so. ** I use a professional cleaning service to prepare the house for all newly arriving guests, following the enhanced sanitation protocols recommended by Airbnb, including disinfecting of all surfaces, door knobs, etc. ** I myself have maintained strict adherence to recommended guidelines since March 15th, 2020 based in the detached art studio on the property (see photos) along with my lovable German short-haired pointer. During the week I teach in person at a nearby college; the campus is designated "fully vaccinated, with an over 95% vaccinate rate. Please note that under the circumstances, I will not necessarily be able to relocate to my apartment in the city during your stay, and may thus be working unobtrusively in my studio. I am an artist, and professor of philosophy and human rights. I keep to myself during the day, teaching or working on my projects, and there would be no need for direct contact.
