Spacious and pleasant BEACH house, with ceiling fans, basic items for cooking and resting, bed linens and pillows💙 All kinds of shops nearby, full supermarket with butcher and bakery 5/8 minutes' walk and 3 minutes' drive, 2 restaurants, 2 pharmacies and 2 beverage distributors on the way to the supermarket!!! Straight street to the sea, 5/8 minutes' walk with children and 3 minutes' drive. There is a playground about 3 minutes away. Quiet and safe place ❤️ The space House in a quiet and safe seaside resort, has the basic items for cooking and resting, is 5/8 minutes walking from the Beach (may vary from person to person) and 3 minutes by car, this is also the time for all types of conviviality (full supermarket, bakery, restaurant, beverage distributor and pharmacies) Located on Santa Terezinha Beach, which is between Leste Beach and Ipanema Beach, it has a wide strip of sand and calm sea with low waves. In total, there are 22 km of beaches, one next to the other 🏖☀️ Easy access to Ilha do Mel, Matinhos, Caiobá, Guaratuba, Morretes and Antonina. The House is totally private, very spacious, ventilated and with plenty of indoor space for you to relax and rest 🏝🌊 It has ceiling fans. It has the basic items for short or longer stays. Balneário de Santa Terezinha is a quiet and safe place, with calm streets and little traffic. The House is on Paraná Avenue, which is straight to the beach. I offer 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella. We have 1 hammock for resting. Smart TV and high-quality 360-megabyte Wi-Fi. I'M WAITING FOR YOU 🏝🌊🏖☀️🦐🍻 Guest access 💚💙🤍 Access to the house is complete and for your exclusive use. In the kitchen, there is a pressure cooker, pots, cutlery, glasses and cups, cake pan, blender, sandwich maker and microwave. If you need anything, let me know and I'll try to provide it as soon as possible 🙏 Other things to note ● IF YOU RUN OUT OF GAS, IF YOU CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH ME, YOU CAN BUY IT AND I'LL RETURN THE AMOUNT VIA PIX. ■Garbage collectors pass by every day during the high season, which is from December 20 until Carnival, and on Tuesdays/Thursdays and Saturdays during the low season. I 🤍 request that you take out the trash when checking out, especially from the bathrooms, please! 🤝 If you are missing something, I apologize first and ask that you communicate with me via message because as the cleaning time between reservations is short, I cannot verify the dishes and utensils in the cabinets, I will try to provide them as soon as possible. 🤍 If you have any observations/complaints about any details in the property, please let me know privately by message or in the message and reminder book that is in the house. I love this job very much and I try my best to make everything perfect (about 16 hours a day from Sunday to Sunday), but sometimes I need help and I can't be on top of every detail, and there are also things that "come up" without warning and at the most inappropriate times, and a star or a public comment on the app makes a big difference to me and I suffer a lot thinking about where I went wrong 💔 and knowing where to improve, what is needed on a daily basis, it 🙏❤❤ also helps a lot that I have no control over the neighbors and on the beach every day is different because the flow of people changes daily and each one behaves in a different way, but in general everything goes very well ❤🙏 Cases of lack of electricity, water, TV and Internet can occur due to external agents that are beyond my control.
