Large outdoor spaces and sensory relaxation Outside, the Chalet is surrounded by a large private garden equipped with a barbecue and a solid larch wood table, perfect for your moments of relaxation. The soundtrack to your days will be the gentle sound of water flowing from distinctive stone and wood fountains scattered throughout the property, blending the environment into a single whole with the surrounding scenery. Immediately beyond the garden, the view is lost among birch and ash forests that, as they rise in altitude, give way to fir and larch forests. This is the ideal habitat for a rich variety of wildlife, which can be seen during walks. In September and October, in particular, the meadows around the chalet become the stage for the deer mating season: a unique opportunity to hear their evocative bellowing and spot them, especially at night. Comforts and useful details Parking: The property includes a large private parking lot located in the immediate vicinity of the property, to ensure maximum convenience and allow you to enjoy your vacation in complete peace of mind. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY LINEN AND AMENITIES: The chalet provides essential amenities (toilet paper, pillows and blankets) and bed linen (sheets and pillowcases). Towels and bathrobes are personal items, so guests are responsible for them and must bring them from home. WINTER ROAD CONDITIONS (from November 1 to April 25): Being at an altitude of 1,135 m above sea level, during the winter months the paved road leading to the property may be covered in snow. It is therefore mandatory by law, and essential for your safety, that vehicles be equipped with winter tires or snow chains on board. ACCOMMODATION TAX: At check-in, you will be required to pay the accommodation tax of €1.00 per person per night in cash. Children under the age of 14, disabled people who are not self-sufficient (with appropriate medical certification), and their respective companions are exempt.
