Private bed, bath & breakfast - in heart of Cooma!

Our home is located in the heart of Cooma, the gateway to the Snowy Mountains of NSW. Located about 100km from ski-fields of Perisher, Thredbo and Selwyn (Selwyn is unfortunately closed this year due to the bushfires in Jan 2020). Cooma is the perfect stop-over for your next snow holiday. Our home is in the centre of Cooma, a short stroll from shops, restaurants and cafes. We invite you into our recently renovated home so you can enjoy what the beautiful Snowy Monaro region has to offer. The space Our home is located on a quiet street with minimal through traffic. Your private room and bathroom are located on the lower-level of our two-storey property. If we are home, we reside predominately upstairs between the hours of 8pm and 6am. The lower-level of our property including your private space is almost fully renovated. Your queen-size bedroom has underfloor heating and extra blankets close-by to keep you warm and toasty through chilly winter. Your private bathroom is located close-by to your bedroom. It is modern and clean with freshly laundered Sheridan towels and a range of toiletries available. You will have access to a shared kitchen for continental breakfast with access to a fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave. We are walking distance to a range of different restaurants, cafes, take-aways and fast-food outlets. You can also use the shared laundry with washing machine, laundry tub, clothesline and dryer for a small additional cost. Guest access You have exclusive use of the private guest room and main bathroom - both located on the lower-level. Your private bathroom is only several metres from your bedroom door. Between the hours of 8pm and 6am you will have exclusive use of the lower-level including lounge with large-screen TV and Netflix, WiFi, dining area and partial kitchen facilities including continental breakfast bar. If unsure just ask! During your stay We reside mostly on the upper floor for the duration of your stay - however, will still use the kitchen, lounge and laundry (communal, shared spaces) downstairs before 8pm and after 6am. We are a married couple in our thirties so happy to socialise or keep to ourselves - the choice is yours! Other things to note We have a resident house-cat, Billy. He is the king of the castle but resides mostly outside - although we do see him more in winter. As we come and go due to our work schedule - only street parking is available to allow us access to the garage at all times.
