This multi-level home in Black Butte Ranch has a beautiful wrap-around deck & private hot tub. There are 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a loft entertainment area with a sofa bed. The space is open and bright with vaulted wood ceilings and large windows. The double-sided wood fireplace can be enjoyed from both the cozy living room and dining area. The space The main entrance opens up on the second level, where the living room, kitchen, dining room, and deck are. The living room has a cozy sofa set around a wood fireplace. The vaulted ceilings and large windows bring in lots of light, which makes for a perfect place to stretch out and read a good book during the day! Kitchen The large kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and dishes for you to whip up some delicious meals during your stay. There is a toaster, coffee maker, oven and other appliances. Dining Room The dining room has a 6 person dining table, but can squeeze two additional people for larger groups. Next to the fireplace is a small bar area that is stocked with a variety of glassware suitable for your preferred choice of drink. Deck & Hot Tub The dining room opens out onto the large wrap-around deck with hot tub and BBQ. There are two tables and eight chairs for you to enjoy meals outside. There are also two lounge chairs to lay in and enjoy the peaceful surrounding. The outdoor hot tub is the perfect place to sit in and enjoy the starry nights. (New hot tub as of January 2024!) Master Bedroom Up half a level from the main floor is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has vaulted wooden ceilings and a king size bed. The bathroom has a separate sink & toilet area. Body soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in the bathtub & shower combo. Loft & Sofa Bed Up another half level is the loft, which is a perfect hangout area for the group. There is a work desk and cupboard stocked with a selection of card and board games to play with late into the night. There is a large 58" TV with direct access to streaming services, but please note, there is no cable/digital TV service. The sofa in the loft folds out into a queen size bed and has a foam mattress topper for added comfort. Queen & Twin bedrooms Down half a level from the main entrance are two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds, perfect for kids. Lower bathroom The bathroom with combined tub & shower is located just outside of the two bedrooms. Body soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. Laundry room & Garage Down another half level on the ground floor is the laundry room, which has a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided. The garage access is also on this floor. Trash Disposal There is no trash pick up service at the Ranch, please be sure to dispose of your own trash and recycling at the Ranch trash facility. Please note: This is a multi-level home, the main entrance door is on the second level (accessible by outdoor staircase) and there are quite a few stairs inside too. There is no AC in the home, but we provide several fans to enhance your comfort. Guests must dispose of their own trash after the stay at the Black Butte Ranch trash facility. Black Butte Ranch charges a resort fee of 12-13.5% per stay, this is automatically included in the booking. This gives you access to all the common facilities. No motorcycles are permitted within the ranch. Deschutes County Certificate of Authority #1670 Guest access The home is accessible via lockbox and smart door lock. You will be sent the code a few days before your check-in date. Other things to note Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Wildfire season is a part of life here in Central Oregon, and while we hope for clear skies during your stay, wildfire smoke can sometimes impact the area. To ensure you’re covered, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Please note that we’re unable to offer refunds for smoke-related conditions unless an official emergency is declared.
