Villa MiraMar is a modern, cosy place for your rest and relaxation in Nemira. It is located just within a 3-minute walk from the splendid, crystal-clear Adriatic Sea; and you can reach the centre of the town of Omiš after a 30-minute stroll along the coastline. The space A luxury family suite offers the highest degree of relaxation among all the rooms at Villa MiraMar. It provides maximum comfort and improved design. In the luxury Family Suite, ​​100 m2 in area, you can comfortably stay in a cosy bedroom with a double bed, and a large living room with a double sofa. The room has a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, with a fully functional refrigerator, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The room is furnished with all the things you need to relax: a flat-screen TV set, a dining table, a safe, and Wi-Fi. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin and toiletries. You may also book connected rooms of “Suite” and “Double Comfort” categories (booking of connected rooms is available only upon prior request; if necessary, please contact the villa directly by phone or e-mail). Their spacious terraces will offer you fantastic views of the Adriatic landscapes and mountains. On one of the terraces there is a grill stove, which means you can have a cosy family barbecue evening, while sipping delicious wine, enjoying people’s company and the sea, and swinging on a swing. Relax and forget about all your problems in this cosy and comfortable room. Breakfast is included in the price. For Children aged 2–12 Extra bed is provided upon a request made in advance. The price is €32 per night (breakfast included). Every day cleaning. Every 3 days change of bed linen. Guest access You may rent a spot at the covered parking for €12 per day. Parking spots must be booked in advance. If you choose to book a tandem parking spot, you may leave your phone number or the car keys at the reception desk, so that, if necessary, the administrator could contact you or the parking attendant could repark your car on their own. Next to Villa MiraMar, there is a free outdoor parking (limited number of spots available during high season). Other things to note Every guest is charged with a Tourist Fee, at the rate established in accordance with Article 15 of the Code of Tourist Fee – “Decree on the Lowest and Highest Sum of Tourist Fee” and Article 28 of the Charter of Split-Dalmatian Region. Tourist Fee must be paid by all guests of the full legal age. Children under 12 are exempt from paying the Tourist Fee. Children aged 12–18 are charged 50% of an individual guest’s Tourist Fee. Guests with a disability of more than 70% and one accompanying person are exempt from paying the Tourist Fee. The right not to pay the Tourist Fee or to pay the Tourist Fee partially must be confirmed by relevant documents.
