The daylight basement apartment is part of a bungalow built in 1920, below our counseling office. Walk to Boise Foothills, historic Hyde Park, & downtown. Boise Co-op grocery & deli across the street, & convenience store next door. The apartment has a separate entrance, queen bed & a couch that folds down. Kitchen has a small fridge/freezer, oven, microwave & coffee maker. Wifi & Netflix. Limited parking on street. We do not live on the property, but will be available as needed. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance and an exit through the laundry room to a private back yard. Bedroom has a queen sized bed, and living room has couch that folds down to a double bed. Other things to note Just a few blocks from the Capitol building.
