Property is located at the foot hills of Thamini Ghat. Tamhini Ghat is noted for its surrounding comprising scenic waterfalls, lakes and dense woods. Place is best to visit during monsoon but one can always find it pleasent to stay for relaxing and rejuvinating admist nature. There are lot of activities like river rafting , trekkings, bungee jumping etc in the vicinity of 4-5km. Connectivity:- Our place is well connected by road from Pune (3hrs journey) and Mumbai (4 hrs journey). The space **My Bungalow is located in C4 sector of Gold Valley konkan society exactly at Warchiwadi village of Mangaon. Bungalow is surrounded by Forest land. It's beauty is best in monsoons. You can enjoy pin drop silence in society close to nature. **There is a meditation centre as well in society along with children play area. **Our bungalow is a single level home with- -2 bedrooms equipped with double bed , wardrobe and extra mattresses and AC. -two bathrooms equipped with geyser -a hall with sofa and dining space and attached kitchen. -Outside we have a portico and lawn area where you can enjoy the mornings and the evenings ** Aquaguard RO drinking water **‘Places to visit:- -Kudalika water rafting is best sport to look out for which is just 3 kms. -Devkund waterfall trekking starts from bhira which is just 4 kms from society. -Imagica water park at khopoli is 50 kms approx. -Pali Ganpati is only 20 kms. -Secret point starting point is just 3km from our place **Eating joints:- -Place is close to eating joints run by local villagers which serve good veg and nonveg delicious food at economical rate. -In house we have facilities of utensils and LPG connection along with a refrigerator so you can try you cooking skills. **We have inverter power backup in case electricity goes off (which rarely happens) Guest access Entire Bungalow and the common spaces of our society which includes a yoga centre, Nakshatra garden (having trees according to your Nakshatra and zodiac) and Children play area Other things to note you can utilize open spaces to play with your family members which you can't do in congested city area.
