Fiscal has all the necessary amenities: supermarket, restaurants, swimming pool, doctor, first aid kit, paddle tennis courts. Ideal for families. The space It's a very cute and cozy apartment. The wooden furniture, the cotton fabrics, the natural colors, the two full bathrooms with shower and natural ventilation... make the moments of rest in the apartment high quality. Full of nice details that will make the return home pleasant after the excursions. It is ideal for people who want to feel comfortable in the moments they spend at home when they go on a trip, who value extra comfort. A perfect place to disconnect from the city, where you will wake up listening to the silence of the surroundings or the birdsong. The views from the apartment are beautiful, with the mountains and their slopes, the trees, the different colors in each season of the year. The accommodation, a duplex of about 100 m2, is located in a beautiful new residential development. Ground floor: one bedroom with a large bed, separate kitchen, living-dining room and a full bathroom with shower. Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms with sloping ceilings; one with a large bed, the other with a large bed and a single bed; also a full bathroom with shower. The ground floor also has a balcony-terrace, with a small table and chairs to enjoy a while reading, a coffee, a chat... The duplex has lots of light and is fully equipped with bed linens, towels, very complete kitchenware, all the appliances... For families with babies, there are outlet covers, a table with a changing pad in a bathroom, a padded blanket for playing on the floor, books, games and toys. There is no crib (unfortunately adults used it and broke two bars). There is Wi-Fi, TV and a stereo for your CDs and USB. Please take a look at the "House Rules" section to make sure it suits your needs. Guest access There is a community area and a small park with swings next to the development. You can park without any difficulty in the streets surrounding the development. The town has two paddle tennis courts.
