The second bathroom has a bath and shower. Separate toilet. Open plan kitchen/dining living area with everything you need for a family beach holiday. 8 seat dining table. High chair on request. Great kids play room which will have some toys & books available for the kids. Reverse cycle air conditioner/heater and wood fire in living area. Large northfacing backyard perfect for outdoor dining on the deck and plenty of space for the kids to run around & jump on the trampoline.
