Please note: 31-day MINIMUM rental Spacious downtown house on a quiet street with mature trees; between Old Quebec and the university, everything within walking or biking distance – grocery, banks, pharmacy and public transport The space We left the suburbs to move to the city center in 2012 and enjoy the Plains of Abraham, the summer festival and the Carnival, then access to a lot of things on foot, by bicycle or by bus. We don't regret our decision! Our house is halfway between Old Quebec and the university (25 min walk, 5 min by bus), on a quiet street with mature trees. The accommodation was redone in 2013 - bedrooms and divisions, bathroom, plumbing and electricity redone. Apart from the living room and kitchen, the three bedrooms are 20' x 10' (18 m2), provided with double bed, sheets, desk, TV, cable, high-speed internet, washer-dryer, equipped kitchen. The rate is 600 per month. Minimum stay one month. If you are having trouble with transportation, I could pick you up from the airport for $20 (by taxi the fixed rate is $44 one way). Please note that we have three bedrooms, so if some dates appear to be taken on the calendar it may be that it is only one of the three bedrooms; contact us and we will be able to clarify this. We moved to downtown Quebec City to take advantage of being close to the Plains of Abraham, the summer festival and winter carnival, plus being able to do most everything on a bike, walking or with a short bus ride. The entire downstairs was renovated in 2013 - new rooms, new bathroom, new flooring, new heating and electrical. There are three rooms, a shared bathroom, living room and a kitchen. Rooms are 20' x 10' (18 m2), fully furnished (double bed, sheets, comforter, small sofa, desk, TV and cable access, Wi-Fi, independent heating, towels, washer and dryer). Cost is $600 per month, min. stay one month. If you are stuck for transportation I can usually free up time to go to the airport for $15 (the fixed rate for a taxi is $44 one way) One note about the calendar: we have three rooms so if you see certain dates marked as not available it is possible that only one of the rooms is booked while others are probably free.
