The dining table will comfortably fit six. Dishes, plates, pots and pans, and utensils are all provided. LIVING AREA-includes a comfortable chair and pull out sofa bed that can accommodate two people. Local phone with 100 mbps high speed internet, cable and a 65" Smart TV, allows you to access your Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions. A large ceiling mounted air conditioning unit ensures that the temperature always remain comfortable. MASTER BEDROOM & BATHROOM-the queen size bed has a comfortable therapeutic mattress, plenty of pillows, all cotton bedding and lightweight duvet. A small vanity area with stool and storage drawer offers a place to put makeup. Sliding doors provide access to a small private balcony, and blackout blinds keep the room dark for sleeping. The room also features a 42" Smart TV with cable. Walk in closet provides plenty of shelving and hanging space for your cloths with space for luggage storage, plus a laptop safe for your valuables. Master bathroom has a glass door, walk in shower with heater, vessel sink and plenty of storage for your toiletries. Soap, toothbrush kit, shampoo, body wash and soft towels are provided. SECOND BEDROOM-this room houses two single beds and an armoire as well as a lovely chandelier. It is also has its own air conditioning and private balcony with blackout curtains. IN-UNIT LAUNDRY-a 2-in- 1 heavy duty washer and dryer is included for your personal use, as well as iron and ironing board. Soap, fabric softener and portable drying rack are provided. BUILDING AMENITIES AND PARKING-Your stay included use of the swimming pool with attached children's pool, fitness center and children's playground. A large function room good for 100 guest is also available to you at a discounted price for parties or larger gatherings with prior arrangement. Catering is available for an additional fee. Please note that this is an urban location, and such, noise from traffic and a nearby train are to be expected, particulary during commuting hours. This is my brother-in-law's private residence, where he lives with his family when they are in the country, not a full-time rental.
