Romantic Cosy Cottage

A unique opportunity to stay in a beautiful 17th Century thatched cottage, in a peaceful village setting. Perfectly positioned nearby to a choice of stunning beaches and coastal paths in AONB. A little gem, conveniently located in the heart of Churchstow, within walking distance of the award winning Church House Inn and local shop. Guests have access to the entire house, an open planned living space packed with character, a small area to sit outside plus it comes with its own parking space. The space The lounge has a comfortable sofa to snuggle up on, a Smart TV and WIFI. There is a small table and chairs to dine at and an additional desk if required. The bedroom is a light and airy space, furnished in an eclectic mix of contemporary and vintage style with a super comfy king sized bed. The kitchen is small but well equipped with the basics, fridge/freezer, convection/microwave/grill /cooker, separate hob, Macchinetta coffee maker and washer/dryer. Breakfast is not supplied. N.B: There is a LOW beam between the triangle to the kitchen, lounge and bathroom, it is advised that if you are tall to please MIND YOUR HEAD!!! N.B: The wooden spiral staircase is original and narrow in places, CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN, it is not suitable if you are unsteady on your feet. Please contact me for further information. The small bathroom is downstairs, it has a bath with shower attachment, heated towel rail and wall heater. Fluffy towels are supplied. There is a small outdoor seating area to enjoy breakfast in the sun or a glass of something to relax with at the end of an active day. There is a SMALL parking space which some guests find tricky, If you have a LARGE vehicle there is alternative parking nearby or in roads a short distance away, please see 'additional rules' for further information or contact me if any concerns. Please be aware that the cottage is in the country and it has a thatched roof, it is so cosy that sometimes chirpy friends like visit, you may occasionally hear tweeting!
