From the back patio you have direct gate access to a pool, chaise lounges and community BBQs. There’s a Queen bed in the Master bedroom, two Twin beds in the second bedroom and a Queen sofa sleeper in the Living room. Two full bathrooms. Clean and comfortable bedding and linens. The nicely equipped and accessorized kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, stainless steel sink and a water filtration system for drinking water and cooking. Full sized stackable private washer and dryer. Smart TVs, WI-FI and a reserved parking space near to the front entry. We listened to our Guests’ feedback and we are happy to report that … for our guests’ convenience we now have a beach wagon for ease of carting your beach accoutrements down to beach ! During your stay you will have access to the reserved parking space and the community’s three swimming pools, two hot tubs, gas BBQs, tennis court, private beach walkway/access and gate. * please note as of April 2024, the hot tub located in the pool area directly behind this unit is currently broken . The association is working on getting the needed repairs. There is another hot tub located along the walk to the beach that is operational next to the heated pool. Available by phone and can be there quickly if needed ! Beachside haven , 5 minute walk to the beach . Publix and Winn Dixie food stores 1 mile away as well as Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, restaurants, pizza, banks. Restaurants and coffee shop 1/2 mile away. Such a convenient location but still a very private location nestled in our little condominium cove . Beachside paradise ! Rent bicycles for added mobility in the fresh air ! Shopping and restaurants a quick bike ride away or ride down the beach for miles in either direction at low tide ! One of our favorite things to do ! 15 minute drive to historic downtown St Augustine ! Close enough away yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of the ‘city’ to get some peace and quiet at the end of the day by your poolside oasis ! A starter pack/travel size shampoo and conditioner and small bar soaps , as well as two rolls of toilet paper are provided in each bathroom as a convenience to guests. In the kitchen, a roll of paper towels, garbage bags , a starter pack of dishwasher tabs, and small bottle of dish soap, and a new sponge are provided as a starter pack for guests as well, and a small bottle of laundry detergent. This unit has both a keurig and a regular drip style coffee maker for guest convenience . No smoking and no pets please.
