The space The guest area has an open plan lounge and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge suite, pool table and library. There are 3 bedrooms that open off this room. Two of them have queen beds and ensuites and the third has two single beds. There is also a laundry that opens off the main area and another bathroom and separate toilet. Guest access Guests have access to the gardens and 20 metres of the front deck. The remaining area of deck, defined by a buttress wall, is a private area for the owners.
