The "little jungle" is dominated by the colors green/turquoise! In the curtain and on the sofas with the many pillows, plants & birds appear again and again. In this spacious apartment with many loving details you can feel completely spontaneously comfortable. It is brand new and has a thick carpet in the bedroom, which is dominated by a 180 cm wide box spring bed. An open bathroom with glass doors, mirror and shower has been newly renovated. The space Many loving details make living simply cozy. The house with the apartment is very centrally located in Speyer. Within easy walking distance you can get to the center and the main shopping street with inviting restaurants and cafes and shops for shopping. The central train station is also within walking distance and grocery stores are also within easy reach. Parking is available right by the house free of charge. A tasteful decor and design of the apartment should make the stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment is great for the family and can accommodate 4 people. An extra bed with a sofa bed makes this possible. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to linger and offers the possibility for a meal or breakfast together. We want our guests to feel completely comfortable and enjoy their stay in Speyer. That is our aim! Guest access The entrance to the premises is by key card, which you can take from the safe with the code we sent you by message from the safe. - The front door opens via a sensor with the same card as the apartment door. - There is an elevator at your disposal - Laundry: In the basement there is a room with washing machine and dryer (key on request) - Bicycles can be parked in a separate locked room. Please register. - Marked parking spaces with the following numbers are available for Dompanorama: 8,9,10,11,12 and in front of the front door 1+2. We do not reserve parking spaces. If all are occupied, then please use the public ones. Other things to note One bottle of mineral water and juice are available free of charge in the refrigerator. You can find information about Speyer in our service folder on the table. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is located in the basement, which can of course be used. Please enquire about the key. We also have a lockable bicycle cage for parking and storing the bikes. We will gladly provide you with a key for this on request.
