Ola! The 2.5 BHK apartment has a soothing vibe with a sea facing view, about 200 meters from the Carter Road. Located in a posh suburb called Bandra. This season we're renting out our POD ROOM for travellers out to explore the city or just a quick business trip, we’ve got you covered. The room is small and very cozy. It’s a home stay with good accommodation and a super friendly local host to guide you through hot spots & absolutely anything under the sun you might need. Bon Voyage! The space It's a sea facing apartment and it's located in one of the city's favourite spot- Bandra. A grab in terms of location. In case you're wondering about the price, it's actually your cheapest option in terms of the location. Hotels in the vicinity cost nothing less than 6,000-10,000 Indian Rupees. But I must give you a heads up it’s not a general sized room In fact it’s small but very cozy, sorted with all necessary amenities like an AC, Library, smart cable tv, Netflix, amazon prime video, Bluetooth speakers, chargers, laptop table, converters, city map with a guide with the coolest things to do all within 5 minutes of travel time. We also have a sea facing gym area in the building which is like exercising with the birds. A beautiful view and equipment that can also be used. You have a cross ventilated common area with Pali Hill and the picturesque St.Annes Church on one side while you have the Arabian Sea on the other. We're providing more services that ease out your trip to another level from customised healthy home cooked meals, laundry, ironing, washing your utensils to WIFI access all at very affordable rates like nowhere else in the city. We also help with a car and driver on a daily basis. The whole point is to have everything thing you need taken care of just like you do at home. Maybe even more than that and a clean well taken care of stay. Besides there are over 100 bars and restaurants in and around the suburb. Whatever your budget we will personally guide you in terms of your outings, hot spots to check out, add you to the guest list of the most happening parties in the city and maybe even join you. Make sure you make a ton of new friends and memories. Could also guide you with productive learning experiences outside the space suggesting fitness activities like yoga, dance, cooking classes, martial arts etc. in case you're interested. Nightlife - Guestlisting and suggestions Home is walking distance to the sea, (the coolest cafes are walking distance too) 500 meters from a beautiful park by the sea called joggers park - a must visit. 100 meters from Carter Road (Seaside). The south west monsoon winds pass straight through the house and it's a spectacular phenomenon. Guest access The right people, the right places, a local experience. Everything you need shall be taken care of.. We take care of food, laundry and internet access at very nominal prices making the stay really convenient. To enrolling yourself in the best of experiences while you're here (Yoga, Martial Arts, Cooking, Arts, Gymnastics etc.) We would love to help you make the most out of your travel experience here in Mumbai. During your stay Would love to help you in any possible way and be as resourceful as I would for a family member. You will also have access to a beautiful sunset spot for every evening. Besides that you will have 24/7 access to an open space that is right below the apartment building where you could even have guests over to come visit It's a nice spot with benches and trees all around. Other things to note We also have housekeeping to maintain the room for you. Very safe for women as we have a female house staff for housekeeping and a trust worthy manager who is employed with us since a few years now. Tight security in the building as well :) We understand how hectic travels can be for women in terms of security and we like to make sure our lady guests are fully fearless and confident during their stay with us in Mumbai. Laundry, lunch and dinner could be availed at nominal prices right on your bedside - sight seeing itineraries on request.
