Quiet Cottage in West Cornwall near Coast

This renovated cottage, set in the hamlet of Rinsey Croft, offers high quality, light and airy one-bed accommodation. It is close to the safe bathing and surfing beach at Praa Sands and only a 5-minute drive to the coast path car park at Rinsey Cove. The beautiful harbour village of Porthleven is a foodies' paradise and is only a 7-minute drive away. The cottage is well placed for the many attractions that West Cornwall has to offer. The cottage is cleaned and sanitised to a high standard. The space The spacious open-plan lounge / kitchen is both light and airy during the summer, and very cosy in the winter with a log fire burning (all logs provided). The TV has Sky movies & sports, there is a Bose Wi-Fi speaker for your music, and Wi-Fi internet. The dining area looks out onto the garden. The kitchen and shower-room are equipped to a high standard and include a dishwasher and washer / dryer. The bedroom has a UK king-size bed (not USA 'queen-size' as stated in 'amenities'!) and has ample hanging and drawer space. There is underfloor heating throughout. The French doors open to our secluded gardens. A quiet place to relax and have a BBQ. There is dry storage for bikes, wet-suits and fishing tackle. There is outside space for kayaks and ample parking. Unfortunately we do not accept children over the age of six months at the time of the holiday. Guest access Guests are welcome to share all of our garden, excluding the areas to the rear of the main house. There is an allocated parking area. Other things to note Access to property - The single track is not suitable for large recreational vehicles. TV and WiFi We have full-fibre internet and can provide a Fire TV Stick, to enable guests to view terrestrial channels and Sky Sports via the Now TV package, and use their own log details to view other channels that they subscribe to.
