Alta Mura Villa - With sea views and large garden

Our recently renovated luxurious Southern Italy inspired house, offers the perfect destination for a beach getaway. Located on a quiet street with stunning sea views, the generous 6 bedroom house boasts a bright open plan kitchen and dining room with a large sitting room (with wood fire place) opening up onto the spacious outdoor patio, private pool and garden. The space The house has 6 bedrooms able to comfortably sleep 12 people, comprising of: 2 x King ensuites 1 x queen ensuite 3 x Single rooms (we can push the 2 single beds in each room together to make the room a double room if needed) The spacious bright bedrooms offer beautiful sea views and garden views on the ground floor and 1st levels of the house. Please note bedroom 4 and 5 on the ground floor do not have an interconnecting door into the main house, they can be accessed via the outdoor patio. The main area of the house has a large open plan modern kitchen with a 12 seater dining room table. There are two indoor lounges with an adjoining bar, one lounge has a beautiful wood fireplace for colder evenings in the winter. The other lounge adjacent to the bar has a TV where guests can enjoy watching their favourites sports or shows (access to Netflix and DSTV available). The patio and pool area have two dining areas, as well as two lounging areas on the top level, and on the pool level there is a comfortable lounging area with umbrella's, perfect for days spent by the pool! The house also boasts a large beautiful garden where often some of the best birds in the area can be spotted, especially around the protea garden. Other things to note Please note with all rentals a housekeeper/cleaner is included for washing, ironing and cleaning. Days needed can be discussed on the reservation. For parties 6+, guests will require a second house keeper/cleaner, days needed can be discussed at reservation. The rate will be an additional cost of R400 per a day. Please note: There is a 5-night minimum rental from the 27th March 2024 to 3rd April 2024. There is a two-week minimum rental from 14th December 2024 to 7th January 2025. Weekly discount rates do not apply during the above times.
