New, bright, comfortable duplex studio, just 20 minutes by train (RER A) from the center of Paris and Disneyland, in a nice quiet residential area close to a shopping center and 150 m from the charming banks of the Marne, with living room, TV connected with Netflix, bathroom, toilet, a mezzanine of about 6 m2 with double bed, private terrace and balcony overlooking a garden with fruit trees and organic vegetable garden. No fitted kitchen but corner with fridge, microwave, coffee machine The space Small duplex consisting of a first level of 15 m2 with a living room (connected TV, access to Netflix, dining area, sofa bed, 2 fans), a bathroom with toilet, a balcony and a terrace, as well as a second level with a mezzanine of nearly 6 m2 with a double bed. This accommodation is non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, but it is possible to smoke on the outdoor terrace. This is an extension of my house where I live with my family, but the accommodation is completely independent with its own entrance opposite the entrance to our house. No space is shared. The only place where we might possibly meet guests is in my garden, as the accommodation overlooks my garden. Guest access I welcome you at any time because I live right next to the accommodation. My husband and I are responsive and very available and are happy to respond to your requests, as we care about our tenants feeling good in our home. Other things to note House rules   -      No smoking inside the accommodation, only on the terrace. Do not throw cigarette butts out of the ashtray. -      Please kindly leave the accommodation clean. Cleaning fees are primarily for bed linens and toilet linens. -      Please sort the garbage: Empty packaging, cardboard and plastic bottles go in the yellow bin. Glass goes in the dark green bin (the smallest bin) Leftovers go in the black bin in closed bags. -     Please do not overuse the heating. Recommended temperature 20°-22°. And to turn it off or lower the temperature to 18°C during periods of extreme cold when you go out.  -      Before checking out, please turn off the heaters and fridge after emptying it. -      To close the front door, lift the handle to lock it. If there are any problems, please do not force it, and please contact us.   -      Please be careful not to stain the linen (e.g. grease and makeup products) -      We are in a residential area, please respect the neighborhood.
