Used as a salon for bespoke Wedding Dresses when not occupied by the owner, whose travel means that this amazing and unique space can be shared with the world. The space Upon entering the house you step into to the bridal salon which can be used to read and relax or as a designated light filled workspace. The gowns will be stored but a dressed mannequin will remain in the display window. The salon can be used as a third bedroom upon request and a bed can be hired at guests expense - this option is available for long stays only. This area can also be used for storing luggage or hanging clothing if needed. The wardrobe in the bedroom will be cleared and available for use for guests who stay for 1 month or longer. The dining area features a vintage Italian marble dining table surrounded by collectible designer furniture and modern art, which adjoins the designer kitchen featuring European appliances a with Leiber integrated fridge and ice maker. The cathedral ceilings and skylights allow abundant light flow throughout. The European-style laundry with separate washer and dryer is also situated in this area. The modern bathroom on the ground floor is saturated with light, where the rainwater shower flows into a deep soaking bath. Beyond that is the private courtyard garden and outdoor shower, with seating receiving the best of the light and shade during all seasons. This green oasis is screened with bamboo and a canopy of bougainvillea for private relaxation. A Weber BBQ, cast iron pizza oven and festoon fairy lights provide an outdoor cooking and entertaining area perfect for a long lunch or dinner. You need to walk up a narrower than normal flight of stairs which are typical of a Victorian terrace house to arrive on the first floor. On the first floor there is a queen bedroom overlooking the rear of the property, neighbouring houses and leafy district views through the shuttered window. Adjacent is the lounge area with French doors, leading to the balcony that overlooks the streetscape and might be mistaken as being located in Paris. A perfect spot for morning coffee or late afternoon aperitif. From the lounge, stairs lead to the loft with a newly-renovated bedroom and harbour glimpses from the windows, featuring a 'Planet Furniture' Australian timber double bed with a wool and latex mattress. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed and both feature pure French linen sheets and TV's including Apple TV including Netflix, Stan, Amazon Prime And Disney +. Guest access The wardrobe in the queen bedroom is private and not for guest use. Guests can use the bed drawers and bedside tables.
