Sasso Rosso Farmhouse – Assisi

At the gates of Assisi, on the slopes of Monte Subasio on the border with the natural park, the agriturismo is in a strategic position with respect to the Umbrian cities of art, which can be reached in 20 minutes. The restaurant offers typical cuisine with organic and genuine products in a family atmosphere. The courtyard animals and a life path (with gymnastic tools) in the vineyard surrounded by cypresses and holm oaks complete the welcome. The space Starting from the pool changing room, after about 200 meters on a slight slope, the path has a pitch used for preheating gymnastics. Pitches 2, 3 and 4 are equipped with gym equipment for small motor activities, and the last pitch at the pool is dedicated to final gym movements. You can swim in the pool, and in the same area of the agriturismo you can find excellent quality mineral drinking water to quench your thirst. The life trail is surrounded by cypress holm oaks and side hedges, immersed in a vineyard of several thousand plants. The air, enriched by the aforementioned vegetation, comes from the natural park of Mount Subasio, which borders us and is therefore abundantly oxygenated. The trail and the pool are a real healthy asset for nature lovers. We recommend this activity in the morning before leaving for cultural visits to the Umbrian cities or in the late afternoon before dinner.
