The space A stunning rustic property only 10kms from Bright, set back from the Great Alpine Rd and only 45 mins drive to Mt Hotham, 1 hour to Falls creek and 50 mins drive to Mt Buffalo. This house is an ideal spot to base your spring outdoor adventures, from extreme backcountry biking to fishing sports with the kids, all activities are within Coooeee of our place..... A short walk to the tranquil Ovens river for great Fishing, Hiking, Mountain / motorbike trails at your backdoor. Set in an idyllic rural setting with open fire & clawfoot bath to soak those weary biker/hiker legs in, there are also extensive gardens to enjoy the winter sun, plenty of space for the children to play and explore & loads of privacy. If you're looking for a little more room, we also have a seperate upstairs self contained 2 bedroom unit sleeping 4 guests in 2 bedrooms this is only available to rent in addition to the downstairs house. Guest access House, pool and gardens are yours to enjoy. The front building and deck which was a function room is currently not in use and along with the upstairs flat are not part of the main accommodation. Loads of off street parking available. Other things to note Covid - 19 Our cancelation policy for all Air BnB bookings is strict. This means that should you not be able to enjoy your holiday with us due to any Covid - 19 lockdowns in the future and need to cancel your booking, we will not provide a refund beyond the strict Air BnB policy. Please be sure that you're fully aware of this before confirming your booking with us. Air BnB cancelation Strict Policy is as follows: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. Pets: We will consider one dog per booking. This will incur an additional fee, which we will refund if no damage or extra cleaning is required. Please note there is no dog proof fenced outdoor area, your pet will need to be house and obedience trained. If your pet is a wanderer it will need to be supervised when outside as the property borders a State forrest. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or in the bedrooms at all and must not be left at the property unattended unless crated. . Please clean up after your dog.
