Glad to Welcome you to our Minimalistic 4 bedrooms staycation house with unlimited wifi -located at the center of Bacolod. Our place are Very close to restaurants and Grocery store. Secured subdivision and family friendly place with communal swimming pool (100pesos for intrance fee) Open from 09:00-21:00 Grab car also available in our place.. We also required occupants id’s for your gate passes. plus 2,000 pesos for safety deposit. Thank you The space Our house has 4 bedrooms + 2 bathroom and toilet in all. Second floor Where you can find 3 rooms with aircondition and 1 toilet and bath with hot and cold. And At the Ground floor where you can find 1 Bedroom plus 1 toilet and bath with hot and cold which ideal for senior citizen and small kids to sleep. And for kitchen We have 2 kitchen 1 inside and 1 outside but we recommend our guests to use dirty kitchen outdside using our 4 burner cooktop (gas) for heavy cooking and inside for 1 light cooking using induction cooker We have also frontload washing machine for cloths and dryer rack where you can wash and dry cloths. For parking We only have space for 1 car inside our gated area. Other things to note We required 2,000 security deposit upon check in. Which is refundable upon check out Just to make sure nothing is Missing and Broken. We also need Id’s for your gate pass endorsement.
