A separate booking is required per room. Kiwi Room size is 3.0m x 3.7m = 11.1 sq m. Sorry, our house is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Space in garage for your bike. The space You are most welcome to have an alcoholic drink, please consume sensibly. No smoking in the house, outside OK. Kiwi Room has a TV. CCTV for security outside only. No suitable for children under 12 years of age. Space in garage for your bike. Guest access You can also use the kitchen, this is shared with your hosts and other guests. Please keep tidy. We provide Tea & Coffee free any time you like. Living room with TV Free Wifi works anywhere in the house. Soap, shampoo & conditioner provided in the bathroom. Space in garage for your bike. Wander around the garden, pull out some weeds... During your stay We live in the house, but most of the time we are not home. Other things to note Please return your room key to us before you leave, we will charge you $25.00 for a set of lost keys (other guests have lost several sets of keys already).
