The space Our home has a fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for heating up takeout or cooking in and kitchen table with seating for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig machine, toaster, blender, crock pot, pots, pans and everything that you need to prepare a meal if you desire. The living room has a comfortable sofa with wall mounted TV for watching your favorite shows. The TV is connected to streaming channels and our wifi which works throughout the house. Should you need to work while enjoying your vacation, there is a fold down desk in the dining area. We request that all guests respect the quiet tranquility of the neighborhood and we prohibit loud music and both indoor and outdoor parties. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or anywhere on the property under any circumstances. All guests are required to accurately disclose at the time of your reservation how many guests will be staying on the property. We will request payment (or ask for you to leave the property) for undisclosed guests if the number provided at the time of reservation is not accurate.
