House full of charm and originality, on a plot of about one hectare, with swimming pool exclusively reserved for the house (open from late May (Ascension) to mid-September), large courtyard with drying area, foosball, ping pong, outdoor dining area, storage room, bocce ball court, volleyball court The pool is very sheltered from the winds and from view. Note: There are 4 bedrooms, each with 2 beds plus 2 other 90 cm beds on the mezzanine of the living room and a sofa bed (140) in the living room The space This house dates from the early 19 th century. It is a traditional Landes house, with a wooden frame, completely renovated in the late 1990s. In the middle of nature, out of sight and noise, it is a great place to gather with family or friends. It is part of a larger property (about 8 hectares) comprising a total of 3 houses: this one called the "THIOU" house, another, called "LA PEYRE", also intended for vacation rental, for 14 people and, finally, the third, called "Maisonnave" occupied by the owner. These three dwellings, although located on the same land, are totally independent. They each have their own land, their own entrance, their own swimming pool, their own outbuildings, games... They are far enough apart from each other not to see or even hear each other. The entire property is fenced and inside, the space specific to each house is itself fenced. However, gates and paths allow indoor traffic. Guest access The accommodation is fully at your disposal and the pool as well as the park (fenced) and the outbuildings are for your exclusive use. Other things to note - Except for breakdowns, sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided. -If the period requires heating, electricity consumption is charged in addition, at the EDF rate, beyond a deductible of €10 per day, on meter reading. On the other hand, wood for the stove is provided for free. - The beds are equipped with mattress protectors, square pillowcases, 2 blankets, bedspread. - Outside of July and August, you can check in from 2 p.m. in the afternoon of the first day and also check out in the afternoon of the last day before 6 p.m. unless there is a reservation immediately before or after. Contact us - In July and August, rentals are only by the week, from Saturday after 4 p.m. to Saturday before 10 a.m. The rest of the year, the days of check-in and check-out are free as well as the durations (minimum 3 nights)
