Aintree Cottage Dormitory Accommodation

Aintree Dormitory Rooms is located in the beautiful Swan Valley in close proximity to all the Valley has to offer. There are 4 separate rooms each sleeping 4 guests. These rooms are in addition to our beautiful 'Aintree Cottage'. The perfect place to get together. There is plenty of parking and bus access. Bookings are for 16 guests unless you are booking the cottage and need additional accommodation. The space If you are looking for a place that can cater for sporting groups, a large family getaway, or a family/friends weekend away - Aintree has the space for you and your guests. Our property is a wonderfully relaxing rural property that has space for everyone to enjoy. We welcome guests from all backgrounds and love being able to share our slice of the Swan Valley with you. Whilst we have animals on the farm at varying times, we cannot guarantee which animals will be there at the time of your stay. You are welcome to visit the sheep, chickens and kangaroos. BOOKINGS will only be accepted if: -all 4 rooms are booked for a maximum of 16 guests. Please note: bookings are per room not per person. $160 per room. Aintree does not do split bookings over the days booked. Aintree Cottage is unable to allow parties or events booked through Airbnb. Please read ‘house rules’ before booking. 4 DORMITORY ROOMS Each room contains: *2 x bunk beds: sleeps 4 *hanging space, clothes drawer, wall fan, mirror *mattress protector, fitted sheet. Guest to bring own sleeping bag/blankets/pillow/towel. AMENITIES - 2 x unisex bathrooms: each contains a shower, toilet, vanity with mirror - toilet paper, hand/shower soap provided - laundry facilities stays longer than 3 nights - entertainment room with lounge, dining, kitchen , TV/DVD, stereo - fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator , microwave, cooking utensils, crockery,cutlery - large commercial BBQ - 2 outdoor undercover areas - fire pit - trampoline, ping pong table - plenty of parking * See 'Aintree Cottage' listing for additional information Guest access Feel free to wander around the property. The sheds and stables are off limits to guests. Other things to note - guests need to bring: sleeping bag, pillow, blankets, towel - dormitory accommodation is booked per room not per person - strictly 4 guests per room - any person occupying a bed is a paying guest -guests to bring own firewood -The cottage may possibly be booked by another guest.
