22 years old, originally designed modern house in the southern part of the city. The spacious and clean ground floor ( 1200 sft) of the 3 storied building is assigned for guests. It is a part of Saikat Mallick Film Production and Notun Bari Studio, an unconventional space for alternative cinema and art. The space Relaxed, Casual Atmosphere with Great Artistic & Cinematic Ambience. Guest access A Wide and deep ( 33 ft X 12 ft) drawing cum dining space will be shared with me only. Other things to note Domestic services ( cooking, cleaning and daily shopoing) are available on request and extra payment. Cooking ( Breakfast, lunch and dinner), washing utensils and shopping from market = Rs. 150 Per day. Room Cleaning ( brooming and mopping) = Rs. 50 per day. Maid for 8 hrs.= Rs. 300 per shift.
