The common area has a sleeper sofa, TV, and DVD player, while the loft offers a twin bed (note: low ceiling may be challenging for some). Enjoy the charm of tiny living with thoughtful amenities: Furnace & space heater; no A/C. Dog-friendly (with prior arrangement; dogs cannot be left unattended). What to Expect Check-in Window: 12pm-9pm; late night check-ins are not available without prior arrangement. Amenities: Full kitchen stocked with basics (tea, coffee, sugar), full bathroom, a bedroom with a full bed, and a loft with a twin bed (low ceiling). The common area features a sleeper sofa, TV, and DVD player. Utilities: Rural DSL internet with boosted Wi-Fi (limited bandwidth and possible slow periods), septic system, and a small water heater suitable for showers. Climate Control: Furnace and space heater provided; no A/C but stays comfortable year-round. Important Notes We are 27 miles from Seattle, which takes over an hour due to traffic and backroads. We are in a rural area with wildlife (e.g., coyotes). Keep small dogs on a leash and do not leave food outside or inside to avoid critters like mice or ants. No smoking in or around the tiny house.
