You will be able to use the pool and tennis court which is shared with the other residents in the complex. Other things to note Guests must comply with the Local Council code of conduct, and the general house rules. This home is on Noosa Parade, there will be some traffic noise. This home is in a quiet residential complex - it is not suitable for loud gatherings This home is suitable for a maximum of four adults only. Additional guests must be children. Please note, there are stairs in this property with no baby gates. We strictly do not accept ‘Schoolies’ or similar groups. Please don’t request a booking if you traveling for Schoolies or other events.
