My place is close to restaurants, nightlife, public transport and the beach. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The space The apartment is on the second floor with an elevator in the city center, close to all essential services and just a few minutes' walk from the train station. It can accommodate 5 people in 2 rooms on a double bed and a double sofa bed. There is also another double sofa bed available as an extra bed. The apartment is rented to a minimum of 2 guests at the standard price, in addition the third and fourth guests pay 40 euros each per night, any fifth guest pays 40 euros per night on the extra sofa bed. In the case of a single booking for 2 people, a bedroom with a large double bed is provided. In the event that the 2 people who have booked want to sleep in separate rooms, the extra bed will be made available in the second room for a surcharge of €40.00. Guest access The apartment is rented with a single reservation, there is 1 balcony, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 kitchen equipped with all the kitchenware. Upon arrival, guests will be given: kitchen linens, bed linens with weekly change, towels with change every 3 days. All for the entire stay. A washing machine, free wifi, air conditioning, hairdryer, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron are also available. Other things to note In the case of a single booking for 2 people, a bedroom with a large double bed is provided. In the event that the 2 people who have booked want to sleep in separate rooms, the extra bed will be made available in the second room with a supplement of €40.00.
