Check-in available from as early as 8am if there is no departure on the same day. Late checkout can also be negotiated free of charge if booking allow. These conditions are subject to change based on bookings made until the day of your arrival/departure. Standard check-in is from 2:00pm, with check-out by 10:00am. Our simple check in process means you can arrive at any time of the day or night and gain access to the property without having to meet up and collect keys prior to arrival. The bathrooms are stocked with everything you need to assist with travelling light including soap, shampoo & conditioner. You will also find a hairdryer for your convenience. Planning on doing some cooking whilst you are away?? We don’t want you working to hard during your stay, but if preparing home cooked meals is on the agenda you will find the kitchen stocked with your quality pots, pans and utensils. Rest assured everything you could possibly need to prepare a nice meal will be available to you. In addition, the resort has free BBQ facilities available by the pool which can also be accessed until 9:30pm. We also have a full sized laundry with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board available for use. Travelling with children??? Not to worry... we’ve got you covered, for the babies, our home is equipped with a portacot, high chair and stroller than can be used for your convenience. There are also plenty of activities to keep your children entertained for hours including card & board games, building blocks, dominoes, memory, scrabble and plenty more. You will find pool floatation devices and pool noodles to make the most of the resort style lagoon pool with picnic blankets and an esky available for your convenience. Guests will have access to a reserved under cover car park, as well as ample st. parking on Gold Coast Highway. All indoor linen and towels are provided with beach/pool towels available for hire upon request for just $5 per towel. Please note: Only the Master Bedroom and 65” TV in the Lounge have access to free to air TV. Whilst smoking is not permitted inside the property guests are welcome to smoke on either of the two balcony’s. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 3 bedroom unit and private reserved underground car park. (Car park height restriction 2m) In addition the resort has a heated lagoon style swimming pool with man made beach a kiddies pool and pool heated spa. There are also a number of BBQs and outdoor tables poolside for guests to utilise during their stay.
