Sparkling clean and thoughtfully designed with the savvy traveler in mind, this one bedroom apartment has everything you'll need for the perfect visit. Access to pool, private wrap around deck, fire pit, washer and dryer, parking--all located on a unique one-of-a-kind property in the super charming Old Southeast Saint Petersburg neighborhood. We take great pride in our spaces. As frequent Airbnb users, we've tried to incorporate everything we've learned from our own travels. We hope you love and respect our home as much as we do. Absolutely no smoking or parties on the property. Zero tolerance. COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS: We are taking all extra steps necessary to ensure guest safety. Apartments are cleaned and disinfected after every use. Unit has private entrance on property and we ask our guests to practice social distancing. ***This unit requires the use of stairs to enter. Guest access Access to fire pit, yard, outdoor dining area, grill and pool. Other things to note Please note: There are two units on the property with shared amenities, in addition to our personal home in a resort-like setting. Due to COVID-19 precautions, please maintain social distancing with other guests. We are currently not allowing additional guests that are not included on the initial reservation.
