APARTMENT IN LOS REMEDIOS BUILDING, WITH ANDALUSIAN PATIO

The apartment has a style between modern and classic, it has a simple and at the same time coquettish decoration. It consists of a hallway, two bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen, an interior patio and in the common areas it has a nice Andalusian patio where children will enjoy. It has a good set of new appliances. It is well located, close to downtown, the gastronomic area, shopping area, the park, etc. It also has nearby parking lots. The space The apartment has everything you need to feel at home. Before entering the house we find a large patio adorned with beautiful pots. Upon entering the house, we find a large hall with a mirror, bookshelf and closet for guests to store their luggage. From the hall you can access the living room that has a lot of natural light thanks to a small balcony overlooking the street. It has two comfortable sofas, a dining table, two pieces of furniture with large storage capacity and a new 43"HD television. The three bedrooms are equipped with bedding, and they also have large closets. The master bedroom has a 135 cm double bed, which can be used by two people, the second bedroom consists of two 90 cm single beds, and the third bedroom consists of a 135 cm double bed. The bathrooms are complete, unlike one that has a bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet and the other consists of a shower, sink and toilet. The bathrooms have towels for all guests. Next we go to the kitchen which is modern and very cozy. It has a good set of appliances (microwave, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher and combi fridge), a toaster and a full set of kitchen utensils. There is also a dining table. And finally, from the kitchen you can access an interior patio for private use that guests can enjoy. It has a faucet with a hose and a clothesline. Guest access As I explained in previous sections, the apartment has a nice Andalusian patio that you can enjoy sharing with all the neighbors on that floor. But for private use the apartment has an interior patio that has running water. Other things to note Although the apartment is quite complete, if you see that the guest may lack something vital, the possibility of supplying it would be valued. Another important thing is that pets are prohibited in the apartment.
