An old Victorian house with modern updates throughout. We are less than a mile from SU campus and Carrier Dome. The Wescott Theatre is less than a block away. A block away from Wescott Street with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. This is a private room available with a full size bed on the third floor. The third floor has a bathroom, kitchen and living room for our guests. We have Zoey, a 7 year old rescue dog, that is a sweetheart. She enjoys hosting guests and a very quiet dog. The third floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a fridge, stove and pretty well equipped for our guests. Guest access Access to bathroom, living room and kitchen along with backyard to enjoy. We have internet and a TV in living area on third floor guests can use during their stay. We have a mud room to keep shoes and other items. There is access to a half bath on the first floor and full bath on the third floor.
