Detached villa with garden, 5 minutes from the sea

Our house is a 5-minute walk to Öğretmenler and Ören beaches. There are 2 adjacent villas in a single garden, we stay in the other. Both houses have their own private areas. Our garden has a shower and some toys for your children. Our house is a boutique villa with an open kitchen and living room downstairs and a bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The bedroom has a double bed, a sofa in the living room and 1 floor mattress. The space Öğretmenler Neighborhood is one of the rare places of Edremit Bay, the northernmost bay of the Aegean Sea, on the slopes of the Kaz Mountains, an oxygen tank. You can walk to all 3 of our beaches, 2 of which have Blue Flags. One of the nice things about vacationing in our neighborhood is that you can visit other tourist areas in the Gulf on a daily basis, as it is in the middle of the Gulf region. You can visit many coastal towns such as Akçay, Altınoluk, Ayvacık, Güre, Behramkale, Ayvalık, Dikili, etc. on a daily basis. Other things to note One of the most important things we care about in our house is cleanliness. That's why we don't allow check-out and check-in on the same day, like many other accommodation centers. After the check-out of our previous guest, we have a detailed cleaning process of at least 6-7 hours with 2 people. Since our previous guest checked out 1 day in advance, you can check in at any time with peace of mind.
