You will love your stay in our private guest suite walking distance to beautiful Hidden Beach in Aptos, CA. We are a 5 minute drive from the Seascape Resort and shopping center and are a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Capitola and Santa Cruz. The suite has two bedrooms with queen beds, 1.5 baths and spectacular views of the beach from the rooftop deck. Enjoy your days hanging out at the beach, enjoying a glass of wine from the deck, or hiking on the nearby trails. Now featuring pool/spa/hot tub The space Location, location, location! Relax in our peaceful guest quarters walking distance from the beach. Our guest quarters are locked off from the rest of our house, with a private entrance, so your interaction with us will be minimal. We offer a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath suite that is ideal for a few friends, a couple or a small family. We now have a pool and spa for your use! You are welcome to use our expansive, rooftop deck for hanging out. We will leave you some coffee, tea, snacks, and drinks for your enjoyment. As an FYI, there is a microwave and fridge as well as coffee/tea maker but there is no kitchen in our guest quarters. With all the good restaurants in the area- you won't be missing out. There are restaurants and cafes walking distance from the house to access- or just head to the beach for a picnic or bbq! We have high speed internet and a Smart TV- so for business travelers this is also well equipped if you are attending a conference in the Santa Cruz area. The Seascape Resort is a 10 minute walk from our home- so if you happen to be attending a wedding or event there this location is perfect. Additionally, if you want to explore the area on bikes, the Resort has them available to rent for the day. Bedroom 1: Has a Queen sized bed, Couch, TV, and microwave/fridge kitchenette area. Associated bathroom is down the hall. Bedroom 2: Has a queen sized bed and in room bathroom. Both bedrooms connect to a shower/bath but each room gets their own bathroom. **NEW** Washer & dryer available for guest use starting in mid March 2023 Pool/Spa: We now have a pool and spa/hot tub for your use. You will need to sign a pool usage waiver to be able to access the pool area. Please keep in mind, the pool is not heated - we use solar heating in the spring/summer months only. Covid 19 note: Please note we will need proof of vaccination for guests , we are immunocompromised and are trying to minimize our risks at this time. **We also have additional rooms on the 2nd floor of our house that can be used for overflow guests (i.e. if you have 5 or 6 people). Guest access You have full access to the guest quarters, parking in front, the upstairs deck area, and the side garden. Other things to note - Cell Phone reception has been improved, that being said, you are by the beach so should probably use it as an opportunity to relax, not talk on the phone :) - No smoking, vaping, or recreational drug use anywhere on the premises please - No unaccompanied minors - Pool/Spa Rules: 712 Via Palo Alto You must read and agree/accept these rules prior to the spa/pool usage. 1. No glass can be used in the pool/spa area 2. You must shower prior to using the pool/spa to prevent debris and sand from getting into the filters. Not following this rule will result in a charge. 3. No one under the age of 18 can be in the pool/spa area without a guardian 4. If you have been ill with any gastrointestinal issues in the past 24-72 hours you can not use the pool/spa 5. For the spa heater, you must work with the Airbnb owners (Jay + Himani Karmarkar) to turn on and off the temperature and heater. The spa takes about 1 hour to heat, less in the summer months so please text Himani as to when you want to use it. Tampering with this will result in a charge. 6. No usage of the spa past 10pm or prior to 10:40 am. 7. No roughhousing, diving or running around the pool area. 8.
