House in Cévennes, wonderful view, very quiet.

Located in a small Cévennes hamlet, this beautifully renovated late 19th century schoolhouse enjoys a rare panoramic view and offers all the comforts necessary for a stay in a very quiet place: you can hear the river below. The south-facing house has a ground floor with living room, separate kitchen, toilet and an upper floor with three bedrooms and a bathroom/toilet. The sunny garden and shaded terrace will give everyone a lot of well-being. The space This house can be considered as a resort (with all amenities nearby, small river nearby, ping-pong, tennis court) or as a base for hiking on the surrounding GRs, excursions and visits around, swimming in the soothing Gardon. The house is supplied by private spring water. You can park here freely and close to the house, 5 or 6 cars pass through the hamlet per day. Other things to note Cleaning for your arrival is provided by us as well as special disinfection recommendations in the current health context. The house's (spring) water supply does not accommodate more than 6 people in summer. Your arrival can take place between 5pm and 11pm and for your departure we kindly ask you to leave the house before 11am.
