Sand Castles Cottages #4 Tiny House 1 Mile Lake MI

Welcome to Sand Castles Cottages, Cottage 4. (See all nine at www.airbnb.com/p/scc) We are close to two public beaches and located between St. Joseph & South Haven, MI. Our property is unique in that we have 9 vacation rental cottages on one acre. These cottages were built between the 1930s-50s and is one of the last properties of this type along Lake Michigan in this area. We have tried to keep the old charm while adding modern amenities. The space Cottage 4 is an ORIGINAL TINY HOUSE! We have tried to keep this 1940s cottage’s charming vintage feel but updated this cottage with modern amenities. This one bedroom cottage sleeps 5 with two queen beds and one futon, all linens provided. There is a private bathroom with shower and this cottage has a kitchenette. Basically everything is provided for your stay except personal toiletries and food. There is an HDTV with Roku providing hundreds of channels and WiFi. Outside there is a gas grill and table for 5 on the deck. Additional outdoor seating plus a communal fire pit is nearby (firewood provided). We have two screened in gazebos that are available to all our guests. There are outdoor games between cottages 3 and 8. Check out our guidebook! Guest access Full access to gas grill on deck. Outdoor games like corn hole, disc golf, and croquet are available and also communal fire pits. There is a swing set and boat sandbox filled with toys. Other things to note Hagar Beach Park and Roadside park are public beach access points on Lake Michigan, just 1 mile north or south of the cottages. South Haven and St. Joseph, MI are 10 miles north or south, just up the lakeshore road on which this cottage is located. There can be traffic noise at times. No tents please!!
