Residence Montebello is a wonderful place surrounded by nature, perfect for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Located about a half-hour drive from the center of La Spezia and the sea, it's an ideal base for relaxing or exploring the area, including the Cinque Terre, just a 7-minute train ride from La Spezia. You'll have access to a patio and parking space, free Wi-Fi both indoors and outdoors, and a shared garden and swimming pool. The space Nestled in a peaceful setting in the hills just outside La Spezia, this two-room apartment is one of six independent units in the Residence, which also includes three studios, a second two-room apartment, and a cottage. Here, we present the first two-room apartment: a thoughtfully designed and functional solution, ideal for couples, families, or small groups of up to five people. The entrance leads directly to the bright living area, where you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, utensils, and dishes, perfect for preparing meals at your leisure. The living area also features a dining table, a comfortable sofa bed for two, and a satellite Smart TV, which also allows you to watch international channels. You can use streaming platforms like YouTube or Netflix by logging in with your personal account (utilities are not included). Through a French door, you'll find a private patio for your exclusive use, accessible directly from the house: a private outdoor space where you can enjoy breakfast on the outdoor table, lunch with friends, relax, or enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding greenery. Continuing, you'll reach the bedroom, suitable for three people, furnished with a double bed, a single bed, and a spacious wardrobe for storing clothes during your stay. After booking, you can send us a request for an extra bed, ideal for children (3-10 years old) and a toddler bed (0.2 years old). This request will be accepted based on the availability of the beds. Adjacent to the bedroom is the bathroom, complete with toilet and shower. A highlight of the property is undoubtedly the outdoor area: in addition to the private patio, everything is surrounded by the large garden shared with the other guests of the Residence, where you can spend pleasant moments in the open air. The swimming pool, also shared and available in the summer, is perfect for cooling off on hot days or sunbathe on the Residence's loungers, while the barbecue area invites you to organize lunches and dinners with friends. For the little ones, there's also a play area, making the residence also suitable for families. To complete the experience, the residence offers essential amenities to make your vacation a unique and relaxing experience, such as parking. You will have access to two free private parking areas within the property: – P1, located in front of the entrance to the residence courtyard, with space for two cars – P2, approximately 20 meters away The parking spaces are in a private, unfenced area, freely accessible to residence guests. Free Wi-Fi is available, with coverage both inside and outside the apartments, ideal for those who want to work remotely while immersed in nature. The Wi-Fi is configured in "client isolation" mode, ensuring a higher level of security. The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning, but its hillside location surrounded by greenery ensures a naturally cooler and breezier climate than coastal areas. Portable fans are available for added comfort. Heating is available for the cooler months. Bed linens and towels are provided for each stay by a specialized company and are included in the price based on the number of guests. Up to two small or medium-sized pets are welcome, with a small fee for dedicated cleaning procedures. Dogs are only allowed in the garden on a leash; they are not permitted in the pool area under any circumstances. Guest access You will have access to all areas of the house, which is rented entirely, with no shared areas. Even the patio outside the apartment is private. The garden, however, is part of the residence and can be used, but is not fenced in and is the same as the other houses near yours. The swimming pool is also part of the complex's amenities, shared with other guests, as are the barbecue area and children's play area. We ask that you respect other guests by limiting noise inside and outside the apartment between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and that you share the outdoor spaces with politeness and respect for everyone present. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: We can issue invoices, but we ask that you request them immediately, and in any case no later than 12 days after your check-out date, otherwise we will not be able to process your reservation. POSSIBLE EXTRA CHARGES: 1) Additional guests beyond those declared in the reservation: we charge €25 per night for each additional guest, subject to the maximum number of guests allowed in the accommodation. 2) A maximum of two small or medium-sized pets are accepted. Their presence requires an additional €5 per night per pet due to different final cleaning procedures. 3) Late check-ins and check-outs are often permitted, by prior arrangement and with the payment of an additional charge of at least €30 to the person handling check-in (check-in time slot: 6-8 PM or early check-ins before 3 PM). Exit at the La Spezia (Santo Stefano di Magra) toll booth. After the toll booth, follow the signs for Ceparana/Bolano and then for Località Montebello. By public transportation: From all Milan airports, as well as from Genoa and Pisa, there are shuttle buses or trains to the Central Station or Piazza Principe train station for Genoa. Numerous regional and InterCity trains depart from various stations and stop in La Spezia (about 3.5 hours from Milan, 1.5 hours from Pisa and Genoa, depending on the train type). From La Spezia train station, the residence is about an hour away by bus. The easiest route connects La Spezia to Ceparana and then Ceparana to Montebello di Fondo. **NOTE: Given the infrequent transportation and limited schedules, we recommend reaching the residence by car. Area tips: To visit the Cinque Terre, we strongly recommend using the train rather than driving. By car, the journey can take up to an hour, and once you arrive, parking is very difficult. The best solution is to reach La Spezia Central Station and take the train from there: the journey takes just a few minutes and is also the most convenient and practical way to travel between the various villages. For those who wish to indulge in shopping, you can take the Brugnato highway exit, where the **Brugnato 5 Terre Outlet Village** is located. Here you'll find numerous shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as various options for a pleasant break between shopping and relaxation.
