A wonderful and romantic house into a nice mini-residence near Porto Pino beach. The house is 3 minutes by car to the sea and 4minutes by car to the centre of Sant'Anna Arresi. The house is few minutes by car to the sea and 3 minutes by car to the centre of Sant'Anna Arresi. In front of the residence there are a little market and a bar. The house has one bedroom for two persons, one bathroom, one livingroom, one ully eqipped kitchen. There're a fantastic open-air balcony with a beautiful and really romantic view, you can see the sea and, when it's time, the sunrise over the sea. Pet allowed...and if you want there is a part of the beach of Porto Pino where the dogs are allowed. The house is equipped of air-conditioned in each room, TV, microwave, toaster and washing machine. In front of the house there's a little garden with an outdoor shower and a great barbeque to enjoy your dinners in Sardinia. The neighbourhood is really quiet. Don't worry about the parking, because there's a private parking for your car ;) Finally if you don't want to come with your car, you migth rent a car or a bike in Sardinia. The area of Porto Pino has interesting activities for any ages. Porto Pino is a fantastic beach with a long white hot sand and a clear sea, it's one of the best Sardinia's beach also for his really uncommon gold sand dunes! Near the beach there're some pubs, bar, restaurants, little shops and ice-cream parlours. If you want to move you can see a lot of beautiful place around. For example the most important places and beaches closest to the house are: -Porto Pinetto, 10 minutes by car -Sant'Antioco, 30 minutes by car -Tuerredda, 30 minutes by car -Calasetta, 40 minutes by car -Iglesias's coasts (Pan di zucchero, Masua, Buggerru), one hour by car -Cagliari, one hour by car The area of Sant'Anna Arresi is a genuine and natural place, where is still cultivated Sardinia's traditions, and then you can find a lot of of typical resturants with the famous Sardinian food and local products (fresh fish, lobster, shrimps, pig, culurgiones, cheeses and so on).
