The space This cosy studio apartment is on the 2nd floor with city views and river glimpses. Access is via stairs or lift. The apartment is adjacent to the highway, but double glazed doors and windows reduces noise. The studio is renovated and ready to be enjoyed. The fully equipped kitchenette is perfect for meal preparation. Relax on the enclosed balcony/sunroom with opening windows and watch the world go by. We use top grade hotel quality linen for great sleep and comfort. Please note bedding covers may change seasonally. A laundromat is located onsite. Use credit card for washers and buy tokens from the office for dryers. Guest access Laundromat on premises. Buy tokens from front office. Other things to note Free parking is for 1 vehicle only and is on a first come first served basis. Parking spaces are not allocated and can be limited at times. Street parking is free nightly from 6pm-8am weekdays and free on weekends. Complimentary Wi-fi is basic only and shared throughout the building, so may be slow and limited at times. The kitchenette is not fitted with a stove. We use a hotplate for cooking, electric frypan, rice cooker etc Monitored Security cameras are in use in the complex for the safety of guests.
