It is a 3-bedroom house with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room, and a big deck with a gorgeous view. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a Stern and Foster upgraded mattress, while the second bedroom has two queen-size beds. The small non-conforming bedroom has a twin-size bed perfect for a child or young adult. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, as well as many other upgrades: a water filtering system (reverse osmosis) and a water softener. The living room has an oversized L-shaped couch and a flat-screen TV. The house has a heated garage with a set of leather furniture, a table for four, an extra double-door refrigerator, and more. Enjoy a stunning view of Pikes Peak from the large deck while enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The property is situated on a massive parcel of land on the border with Pike National Forest. There is a babbling creek running through it. You can fish without any license, pan for gold, or enjoy the relaxing sounds of the creek... The property is located in a former mining settlement right across from historic cabins built here during the Colorado Gold Rush for miners and prospectors. There are some other historic towns famous for their landmark railroads, mines, and casinos (check out Cripple Creek and Victor). If you crave city amenities, Woodland Park is about 10 miles away.
