Breathe in the sea air, you're at the end of the world! In our authentic house facing the ocean, you will disconnect from everyday life, between walking or cycling, aperitif and local market in the Place du Bourg, sailing or fishing on foot. Our granite house is located on the south island, 5'walk from the beach and 10' from the village, ideal for 10 people. Breathe the salt air and take in ocean views at this authentic home for 10 persons, with modern comfort, built on the pedestrian island Bréhat. The space "TiFishoti" has 5 bedrooms, or 12 beds on 2 levels giving the possibility to 2 families to keep their privacy. At the RC, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each + 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + 1 bathroom and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 dormitory with 1 large bed and 2 single beds + 1 large bathroom with toilet. The large kitchen is equipped in a modern and new way: fridge, induction plate, oven, dishwasher. A laundry room opening onto the kitchen is equipped with a new freezer, washer and dryer. An indoor dining area is open to the kitchen, as well as a stone terrace where it is so good to share a meal!! The large veranda also has a large dining table as well as a bright summer lounge with a nice sea view. In the house, around the fireplace, you will also find a very nice lounge/TV area. We offer our guests three closed bedrooms on the main floor (two with Queen sized beds, one with two single beds). One bedroom also has a vanity area complete with mirror and sink. Also on the main floor, a full bathroom and separate toilet. On the second floor, our home boasts a master bedroom with Queen bed, and a second bedroom with one Double bed and two children's single beds tucked under the roof's eaves. Another single bed is available to an additional guest in the sunroom on the main floor. In total, our home can easily accommodate 13 guests (5 couples (10 adults) and three youth) very comfortably. Our linens are new and have been chosen to match the décor and style of our home. Clad with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean, you will enjoy moments of tranquility, surrounded by beautiful scenery basking in light. Guest access Located next to a natural harbor, you have the option to rent our zodiac with a capacity of 10 people (price on request). We also have a sea kayak for 2 people (price on request too). The island can be discovered by foot and of course by bike (rental on site). A cart is at your disposal for your groceries in Le Bourg, where you will find a small supermarket, a local market, a bakery, a press and DIY store, a few bars and restaurants. This is also the daily meeting point for locals and summer guests! You will also find in the house books, dvds, board games, beach games, first aid kit, nets and fishing baskets. Located on the South Island, a two-minute walk from the Cale Conan, our home has great access to the rocky shores where fishing is abundant. Should you require the lease of our Zodiak or kayak please inquire with the owner. Bikes can be rent on the island. Finally, a carriole or trolley is there to help you make fresh daily purchases at the Bourg (or town Centre) where local producers hold an open-air market on a daily basis. A supermarket, bakery, epicurean shop, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, and gift shops adorn the Bourg, a gathering place for locals and residents alike.
