We warmly welcome you to Leipzig! Our small, cozy apartment is located directly near the Uniklinkum of Leipzig and the Bavarian train station. Practical and central for all travelers, visitors and business travelers :-) The space We have newly prepared a cozy 1-room apartment with balcony for you. It is located in a quiet backyard of an apartment building and is located on the ground floor. With a lot of attention to detail, it offers you enough space to feel good, relax or even the opportunity to be immediately in the action. In the immediate vicinity (almost a stone's throw across the road) is the University Hospital of Leipzig. So ideal for business travelers, guest doctors, visitors with longer stays. The Bavarian train station and various tram lines (2, 9, 16) are about 250 m away and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Via it you can also easily get to the city center or take a small walk of about 15 minutes. A walk of about 10 minutes will take you to the south mile of Leipzig - KarLi for a short walk. It is known for its many small shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Here everyone will find what their heart desires. The apartment is overall on max. 2 people and has a large living room/ bedroom with a large double bed. You can relax and linger on the balcony. A large TV is available for the comfortable evening hours. In the small kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils, so that in addition to the numerous restaurants, you also have the possibility of self-catering. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower. Fresh towels and bed linen are of course included. Please let us know in good time if and what you need for your children. A high chair or a travel cot (incl. Bedding & mattress) can be provided by prior arrangement. Right in front of the house, only paid parking spaces can be found. Therefore, we offer you a parking card free of charge for your entire stay, with which you can put yourself in the large gravel parking lot right next to the house. Guest access The apartment is located at the ground floor of a back house. Ideal for lovers of a quiet yet centrally located cave cave. The entire apartment incl. Balcony towards the courtyard is for your sole use. In the bathroom there is a free top-loader washing machine. Other things to note You can check in flexibly anytime after 3pm with a key safe.
