The surrounding area is very popular for cycling. The villa is located just outside the city center, in a very quiet neighborhood overlooking the sea, vineyards and nature. Only a 16-minute drive (15.5 km) to Aquapark Istraladnija, 15 km to Portorož Airport and 12 km to the Central ATP Stadium Stella Maris Umag. Nearby you can also see some sights. The space In front of the villa there is a terrace with a dining table, a terrace with garden furniture, a swimming pool with a beach, sun loungers and a parasol and a beautiful garden with a lawn. Children have a sandbox and a slide (also for the pool). Inside, there is a kitchen with an oven, fridge, microwave and cooking utensils, a shared living room with a flat-screen satellite TV and sofa, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Towels are provided.
