A stylishly furnished Wilhelminian-style apartment with balcony awaits you in Dresden's Neustadt. The bright apartment is quietly located in the Kunsthof surrounded by small shops, galleries and cafes. The space Our apartments “Kunsthofperle” and “Neustadtperle” are located in the middle of the most lively district of Dresden, the Äußere Neustadt, and thus in one of the largest urban areas with closed Wilhelminian-style buildings. Although you are “in the middle of life,” you will be able to sleep peacefully at night, because you live off the street in one of the five courtyards belonging to the Kunsthofpassage. This unique complex was built between 1997 and 2001. Listed houses were extensively renovated in cooperation with Dresden architects and artists. Each of the courtyards was given its own design theme, which was implemented on the house facades in an extremely imaginative and playful way. Galleries, small shops and cafes as well as several fountains enliven the place. It is a pleasure for all the senses to stroll through the courtyards. In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous other bars, restaurants, cafes, pubs and clubs. Two cinemas as well as shops serving everyday needs are just a stone's throw away. The next tram stop can be reached in two minutes. The historic center with Zwinger and Semperoper in approx. 25 minutes. By train, it is a 6-minute drive from Albertplatz stop. The connection to long-distance traffic is also extremely convenient due to the proximity to Dresden-Neustadt train station (1 km). The airport is about 7 km away. The apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building and is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Thus, in the light-flooded living room with a French balcony (morning sun), you will find mainly Biedermeier furniture. The spacious bedroom with a double and a single bed is decorated in Art Deco and Art Nouveau style. In the kitchen you will also find everything you need for a longer stay, i.e. a stove with oven, coffee and espresso machine, dishes, pots, pans, fridge... The bathroom has a tub with shower enclosure and a hairdryer. Towels and linens are of course provided. For longer stays, intermediate cleaning is also available on request. Last but not least, the well-preserved, old floorboards in the hallway as well as the living and sleeping area ensure an extremely cozy atmosphere. The apartment is of course equipped with a TV, DVD player, stereo system and Wi-Fi. The cost of a public parking space is 12 euros for 24 hours. If you stay with us longer, we will also look for a way to park your car for free 0.5 to 1 km away. We know the places. For those seeking relaxation, it should also be mentioned that both the Elbe meadows and the Dresden heath invite you to take walks and are easily accessible on foot.
