Fully equipped apartment with 3 bedrooms and a furnished sunny balcony. 115 m2. Family friendly with equipment for kids. Walking distance to city and riverside. Tram stop is 1 minute away. 2 minutes from the main walking street area with restaurants and nightlife. High speed internet. TV package with English speaking channels. Parking on the street for roughly 7 Euro/day. Weekend parking for free. The neighbors upstairs have kids that sometimes run and make a bit of noise. Master bed is firm. This is not a "built for AirBNB" type apartment. It was our home for 7 years, and we have cared for every little detail in it. No way we could let it go when we left Szczecin, so now its yours to try out. The apartment is 114 m2, very nicely restored, smack in the center of Szczecin in a building over 100 years old (high ceilings). Beautiful kitchen and bathroom. 3 vis-a-vis living rooms/salons/bedrooms, and a master bedroom. The master bedroom has a comfortably firm ergonomic double bed and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom facing the road has a double bed + portable couch for one person (which can be moved to another room, if required). The TV-salon has a sleeping sofa and one person can sleep on the main sofa. It has doors to all exits and can thus be quartered off and act as a third bedroom. In the central salon, an open space, there is a 2 person sleeping sofa. There is even a baby crib, a stroller/push cart and a baby play mat + some toys for children up to maybe 5 years old. Total sleeping places: 10 + a baby/small child crib High speed internet connection (WiFi) which you are free to use. The TV package has several English languaged channels, including some sports and news. We offer a possibility of ordering additional cleaning at very reasonable rates, in case you are here for a longer period. From Szczecin it's possible to make many nice day-trips in both Poland and Germany. The border to Germany is less than 10 miles away. There is no border control between the two countries any more - in fact it's a 70 mph highway crossing with no stopping or even slowing down (Schengen). Here are some nice day trips from Szczecin: Polish Baltic Seaside Międzyzdroje at the seaside, with many annual festivals Swinoujscie, where the ferries part for Denmark and Sweden Peenemunde, home of the V1 and V2 rockets Rugen, the big German holiday island Rostock, classic German city Berlin, well.... Zoo in Ueckermunde. Also a nice place for seafood. Poznan, perhaps by train? Gdansk, weekend trip visiting the famous shipyard and Solidarnosz museum. Sachsenhausen, former concentration camp, later Russian POW camp. Local WWII sights for those with a historical interest. We can map out a "tour" for you. Guest access Its a full apartment at your disposal. However, you do not have access to the walk-in closet as the hostess/cleaner use it. Note that the apartment has 2 double beds, 2 double sleeping sofa's, a mobile couch and one person can sleep on the main sofa - making it 10 sleeping spots in total. There is also a baby crib. We provide linens, towels, shampoo and other necessities. Other things to note The neighbors upstairs have kids that sometimes run and make a bit of noise. There is some noise from the street. Master bedroom has much less noise. The bed in the master bedroom is ergonomic firm.
