Our 1 bedroom apartment is conveniently located near Napa downtown and restaurants, and is close to great wineries, family-friendly activities, and dining. It is perfect for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We welcome pets for an additional fee of $250/pet/night, which must be paid before check-in time or the fee is subject to double. If you have 2 pets for 3 nights, the additional payment is 2 pets * 3 nights * $250 = $1,500. Please make sure to send the payment after booking and ensure that your pet is clean and not allowed on the bed. Our apartment is located on the 1st floor and has its own private entrance. It features two comfortable queen sized bed with high-end memory mattress and a large TV with international channels. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and a capsules coffee machine, but no full kitchen is available in the suite. The bathroom has plenty of counter space and the entire apartment is equipped with air-conditioning and a heater. There are two outdoor chairs and a patio to enjoy your Napa wine. The Silverado Resort facilities are a short walk away and include the Mansion House with indoor and patio bar dining, Thomas Keller's Ad Lib restaurant, the Grill restaurant and bar, the Pro shop, and the Spa at Silverado, which are all open to the public. Please note that the golf course and tennis courts are not open to Airbnb guests, only to country club members. This privately-owned condominium is not affiliated with Silverado Resort and Spa, so you will not have to pay any $60 resort fee. We have a concierge service available by phone to answer any questions you may have during your stay. Check-in and check-out are convenient, with a code provided to access the front door. Napa Valley is a beautiful region with many open vineyard landscapes, and is home to hundreds of wineries and top-notch culinary options. There are many outdoor activities to enjoy, including cycling, hiking, nearby lakes, swimming, and hot air balloon rides. We recommend exploring the area by car, as public transportation is not nearby. You can visit the surrounding towns of Yountville, St. Helena, Sonoma, and Calistoga, or go on a wine tour or explore on your own. The resort has standard water heaters and you will need to wait a moment for hot water. No Smoking of any kind inside or outside the unit within 100 ft. There is a $500.00 minimum fee for smoke remediation if this house rule is broken. To enhance operational efficiency and ensure the smooth turnover of accommodations, we have implemented a late check-out policy. Guests who exceed the standard check-out time will incur a late check-out fee of a minimum of $500 per hour for all unapproved late check outs. This fee is designed to cover the additional resources required for cleaning and preparing the room for the next guest promptly. We appreciate our guests' cooperation in adhering to our check-out policies, as it allows us to maintain the highest standards of service for all visitors. Please be mindful of the specified check-out time to avoid any inconvenience and additional charges associated with late departures. If you find you need more flexibility, we recommend extending your stay by an additional night.
